I am sure we have seen on TV reports where the seemingly needy are not getting the support the should be entitled to.

The story I heard yesterday ticked me off to the Max.

I work colleague told us a story from when she was previously on centerlink


She got in the family way with her at the time boyfriend, now husband

She went to centerlink to tell them her current situation and that she was going to move in with the boyfriend.
Very honest...

when she was there the person interviewing her asked " Are you sure you want to tell us that"

"You will get less money"
Reply "yes I want to be honest and only get what we are entitled to"


"Ok we can update your status"
Next statement from centerlink interviewer puts the icing on the cake.
"If you find that the benefits are not enough you only need to get 2 friends to say you are living with them and not your boy friend anymore and you can get single mother pension"

I wonder why centerlink is now having to make cutbacks to people that are truly deserving??????????

They ring us up to confirm if such and such has reported an offence. If they've been touched up by the hubby/defacto/boyfriend then they get instant quids to get over the dust-up. If they've been the victim of a crime - a break-in or robbery - they get instant quids to make it all better. The rest of us have to dry our eyes and move on.

Animals, who pretend to be humans, that crap on the floor and smear their feaces throughout your workplace. We had 2 last night and one early this morning that put our facility out of order for 6 hours until cleaned up by a contractor at huge cost to the public.

Yep, any drivers who do the above in fact. Saw a Mini Cooper S doing that on the Federal highway a few days ago to an F350 - would have been laughable had it not been so dangerous - it was literally about 3 metres behind the truck doing 105kph.

People who sit in the right lane doing 10kph below the limit, right alongside their bingo partner in the left lane. FFS get off the road or carpool, Bushy can sit 8 of you bastards and you can sing songs together or reminisce about the war.

(Love ya Bushy, ya just a shit slow driver unless hanging out of the window with steering wheel in one hand and go pro in the other doing 80+ on a dirt road.)

I'm not feeling the love PP brothers and sisters. That's one reason why I love driving my Prado - you feel a little more less susceptible to those wallies. I was driving the wife's Hyundai when the brute in the Prado tried to influence my driving style. Might have something to do with the SSAA sticker on rear window.

Back when I had my 60 series someone in a Porsche Cayenne was trying to bully their way through some sluggish Sydney freeway traffic. You know, the usual, sit on your tail until you pull over, or indicate when they're halfway past you and just start to pull over into your lane hoping you'll move. I watched them lane hop and force a few out the way before they got to me. My $4000 Landcruiser with ARB steel bullbar won the game of chicken. I'm guessing Porsche rear panels are expensive?

I do a fair amount of k's between Sydney and Canberra (25000 in 10 months and that's actually pretty docile... My last car was 30000 in as much time)... Anyway, people hugging my arse at 110-120km/hr are reckless idiots. I want to get a sticker on the back saying "if you can read this, I can't see you".

Because I literally can't over the rear mounted wheel if I look out the back. I might see the shimmer off the very back of their roof if I'm lucky.

Meh, one day I might just score a free kaymar rear bar out of it ;-) but I'd rather not risk my life for it.

Last night I was lucky enough to have someone on the m5 about 50m back with their lights on showing me the roof of the car about 2m behind me.... The guy didn't have his lights on... It was pitch black.

I don't know how people with large tyres and a lift don't get rear ended more often due to these twats.
