    The selectors have really put us in a spot now and continue to set us up for failure.
    They selected the side and built them up 12-18 months ago and have just changed 1/3rd of the side.
    They sacked Hughes when he was going great guns and was really providing something for the side. Since then he has lost confidence and now struggles to make runs, so they bring him back in!!!!
    They have toyed with Smith for the same results. Now they pick him for a shot at Perth. Are they for real, but he is the best spinner who can take wickets.
    Both are great players but after the previous sackings their mind is not in the right place thanks to the selectors.
    How does Johnson feel. Mind maybe in the right spot. Hope so for our sake.

    We shielded North for 18 months in the build up at the cost of the kids. Now at the drop of a hat we sack him at a vital stage. should of happened 12 months ago.
    The rest of Dads army is getting too old and have struggled and will continue to.. Ricky will continue to struggle. Hussey has been our saviour but we have carried him for 2 years now. His career is at the end.
    Michael Clarke is injured!!

    Oh well looks like we could still be 5-150 relying on the bowlers to score the other 250 again. Hope they can much like they have in previous times.

      there's only one thing worse than being beaten by kiwis and thats being beaten by poms . oh well give them the ashes , its a small consolation for having to live in England.

          Regardless of the result the youth has to stay in the side. We need to build them up as they are our future.

          I do hope the Aussies win, but it wont be easy.

                Our only chance is to bat for a day and a half and make the poms run around in the sun. Then put them into bat. This has always worked for us, and then we get wickets with the bowling.

                Right now we cant even bat for a day!!!

                Our chances are slim. We have to get better than 5 for 150 which we have rarely done for 2 years now. Without Ponting our chances of bigger scores are possible.

                          Well it's fair to say we had our buts kicked I know we have played bad but they have played too good for us let's see if we can win the shorter games

                                I would love the Aussies to win but I would prefer to watch close games than a Thrashing as we have just seen
