    Re: Australia Day

    Hospital - Emergency Department.

We had packed the Prado, ready to head off on a fishing trip, and were just waiting for middle son to get home from a mate's place.

He had a prang on his pushie, spent a bit of time unconscious by the side of the road, and then arrived home with no recollection of why he had been out.

The sweats and vomiting started straight away - so we scooted up to the hospital.
12 hours later he was admitted.
24 hours after that he was released.

He's fine now .... but still a bit foggy on the hour after the accident.

    Cheers
    Chippy

        Australia Day 2010

So what ya all doing this year?

We are heading down to Beachport on Friday to play in the dunes with the 4WD club and return home on Australia Day to get the kids ready to return to school. I can't wait for the trip and I bet the kids can't wait for school Anyone else in the area look out for a Navy Blue 120 with sticker on the rear. Was there last year and know how popular it is then.

this australia day will see me relaxing around the campfire at peach trees.

Although it'll be hard to top last years, was my first time at fraser island.

I have about 2 weeks of time in lieu accrued over the chrissy period, so since the prado is booked in for its 50K service on Monday, I decided to take the day off. Won't be going away this public holiday but doing the family thing with lots of food and drinks
