I thought it might be interesting to have a thread on what else we all do to pass the time apart from four wheel driving and vehicle modifying.
I always joke that I have way too many hobbies and not enough time and that I'm always looking for another hobby to fill those idle hours between 2am and 4am.
My main other hobby at the moment is flying, I'm about half way through my Private Pilot's Licence training. It's great fun and it's something I've always wanted to do but could never afford. I think there are a couple of other fellow pradopointers who fly also, John and steve_120.
My other hobbies are travelling, four wheel driving and camping (obviously), amateur radio and electronics, photography, radio controlled aircraft, gardening, I play the drums also. I want to learn piano but I'm waiting till my daughter is older so we can learn together. I might even sell the drum kit.
Does shopping for bits for the 120 count as a hobby?
I'm coming to the end of my Electrical Engineering studies also, but that's not a hobby as such. Calculus as a hobby? No thank you.
I don't know if this counts as a hobby, but I love Aussie Rules footy - my wife is even more footy mad than I am!
So, what keeps your brain ticking along?
Drew.
