        Wow LostDingo2,

        Fantastic photos!

Ive been thinking for a while that we should have a topic on this forum dedicated to photos. The one on Overlander forum is worth checking out, IMHO its the best part of the whole forum.

We have some keen amateurs and some brilliant professionals on PP, it would be great to see more of their work

Fantastic photos Dingo! I particularly love the split rock through which the fisherman can be seen.

Hobby wise, we would love to get out 4WDing & camping much more than we do. We spend most weekends that I am off (usually every 2nd) on our road motorcycles (Kwakka Z1000 & a Z750). We also enjoy geocaching, Jeff enjoys photography, and I play classical guitar and do cross-stitching. I am also studying my post-grad certificate in Critical Care, which keeps me tied more to the study than I would like to be!

ok...hobbies and how non Prado nor work time is managed...

....and that's about it for me.

            seriously...

            1. 2 x boys (nearly 3 and 4.5yrs old) + 1 x wife take my focus a lot which is great!
            2. into R/C toys (they used to be cheap but now into things that fly and have pitch/yaw/gyro control and more channels than my high-end surround sound HT amp)
            3. Home theatre....yep i have plasma, projector, BIG screen, good speakers and top of range Denon amp.
            4. my PRS custom 22 "artist package" elec guitar
4a. my Line 6 POD XT-Live with zillions of custom patches
            5. my Maton CW80
5a. my Yamaha electric violin (ha!)
            6. my water skiing (obvious) and sky-skiing...
            7. spending time with friends and family
            8. home brewing...
            9. making things pretty much out of anything
            10. pc games/LAN parties
            11. building/re-building and spec'ing pc's as side hobby
            12. photography (sports/nature/scenery)
            13. renovations....
            14. curries
            15. BBQs
            16. motorbikes (on hold, used to have 2 x Ducati's)
            17. and drinking my home brew....
            18. wine collecting...and drinking (kinda maintain status quo)
            19. music...more music...real music (Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Guns'Roses, Eagles etc classic rock)
            20. swimming/surfing
            21. sport in general (also play mixed netball)
            22. 1 man-power bike riding (acka: pedal bike)

p.s. I grew up with Lego and Mechano so - the Prado is like returning to the Blue Lagoon for me.

Poker is my main hobby, online most evenings, live homes games every fortnight plus I play in the local pub leagues, APL and WAPL. Also an occaisional visit to the Casino.

Touring and 4WDriving is my new hobby, want to get outdoors and see more of Australia.
I have one of those books '4WD weekends out of Perth' and I am planning to do all 12 trips, maybe one per month, take a few pics and post them on here.
As soon as Im happy with my rig setup we will start planning our schedule.
Thats me and my wife and youngest daughter, my other 2 kids are too grown up to be seen with us.

.... and if you feel like any company on these trips ... just yell out.

I'm sure you'll get a tribe of Prados along to keep you company.

We've (and that's the global 'WE' of people you met at Icy Creek) have done most of the trips .. and probably still have the GPS waypoints for you.

Hey ... that's another 12 WA Pradopoint Trips we can plan on

                Cheers
