What engine did the 105 series have? Certainly sounded like a Petrol and I heard the term "V8" being used in the video but V8's had independant suspension. Are you sure it wasn't a straight 6 with a heavy footed driver?
Has it had a engine swap?Declan: 1997 GXL 4.5 Auto 80 series on LPG, ARB bullbar, 2" OME lift, 32" MTZ, GME UHF, rear ARB locker, Kaymar spare wheel carrier

In saying that Dave, the 100 series does have a heavy footed driver. Just take the exit from Happy Valley on the way home as an example
Couple more pics
On the way to Lost City

And one of my favourites. I tried up against my car in graphite but Dave your silver turned out the best. A little over exposed but I like how it captures the rugged surrounds, track in the background and of course the D4D

No issues getting to the lost city. As for the mud holes, they are still there. We bypassed one that looked ok but on closer inspection the 1 meter stick dissappeared into it. Glad we drove around that one. As for the heavy footed 100 driver..... I believe the QLD number plate filled the chosen route out of Happy Valley with super soft slop, therefore additional effort was required :-)Last edited by RnJ100; 30-05-2012, 07:58 AM.
