Camping at Dandos

I'm thinking a couple of tracks Friday arvo
A pretty big day Saturday, then Sunday wil be more heading back east and easier tracks.

Hey guys , new to this forum in fact this is my first post.
I was in the otways last weekend and stayed at dandos sat night .
It was the first time I've had the prado out .
Was very different to what I was use to as the last 4b was a rippa suzuki sierra.
We had a fun trip we did a few unnamed tracks and then headed to Newcombe spur track.
My mates GQ shit it's self half way found this track but we got it going again ...... End of trip though!
I will be back down there for this trip as well .
Dandos is the go but it will be busy as stevos is still closed ,
We got there at about 7:30 on sat night and just got a site
I no that is late but dandos is a big campground and I have never seen it so full.
Looking forward to meeting you all .

Its not too far away it took us 1hr 30mins from Melton last trip. Its even worth a day trip for those that only have a day........

Hi , I will be down on Saturday at this stage
But ( still to confirm ) I might have two others with me but they might pull out.
We had planed this trip before I saw this thread
One in a cruiser ute and one in a brand spanka 76 series land cruiser.

OTWAYS TRIP - fri16/sat17/sun18TH NOV

Friday arvo till sunday arvo or any part of.
Camp at dandos fri&sat

If its dry shouldn't be a problem.
If its wet, depending how wet, it could be very slippery.
If its wet a winch or extreme tyres could be required.

Who is attending the fun?

#### - friday till sunday

Fred - friday till sunday
Tobes - sat

Camping at Dandos Friday and Saturday.
If you are coming for a day trip, please be at the camp area ready to roll by 9am sat and /or sun.

I have not camped at OTWAYS, I assume entry via FORREST, roadnight creek rd, ridge rd & bridge track should be ok.

I maybe be able to attend, but only overnight (Friday night) as I already have a prior commitment with my 4WD Club - in Moonambel (near Avoca)
