  • Have fun at Fraser lads! On this miserable wet day in Melbourne I know where I'd rather be.

      • Have fun guys. Looks like it is going to be a long trip for all of us if you keep the updates going like for this for the rest of the trip.

              • Ok so we left Melbourne area about 1pm yesterday, stopped just before dubbo, we were getting tired of worrying about these huge roos, there were mobs, groups, schools, herds or whatever they are.
Today we filled up at Toowoomba at about 5pm and did a bit of a comparison on diesel use.

                From different starting points.
                So the 2009 Blkd4d: auto, 265/70-17 atz4rib odometer 1508k= 10.1l/100k, actual by scan gauge 1557k= 9.86l/100k
The silver 2003 1kz: manual same size bfg a/t, odometer 1430k= 11.4l/100k actual add about 2% worked out 11l/100k, not too bad for an old girl ey.......

Thanks for the heads up boys, didn't leave Geelong until nearly 6 pm, just set up the double swag and awning for the night @ Tocumwal. So we're on our way. Zach did ask at Lara if we were there yet, could be a long week!

                              • Getting them to shut up is the problem! Looks like the most work Anthony has done in weeks! Meanwhile I'm doing quotes while Cathy does a stint behind the wheel!
