Thankx, I spoke to a mate who was there in the last few weeks, he didn't mention anything, so it must be open again.

RUBICON - 14& 15th dec 2013

Well we went, it's all open & was very quiet there :-)

Did a couple tracks & some wheels in the air a bit :-)

But mainly just relaxing. Good close spot. Somebody might have some pics to add.

ah didnt realise it was you guys!!!! i drove into your camp about half 8 on saturday night, did a loop and drove out again (white GX 150 prado) as we were looking for a mate in an old 80 series who got kendalls confused with keppels....grrrr had to hightail it back to buxton after that. Arrived just as the sun was setting but still managed to a get couple of beers in. We were on the way back from a fly fishing course at GVFFC

Did a couple of great tracks around Marysville on the sunday morning up to mt Grant.

Wombat this Monday camp 1 night.

Camped one night in WOMBAT.

Monday 30th dec.

Weather was fine, sunny low 20's

Meeting at bp/Maccas on western fwy, just before our daylesford turn off.
Meet to leave there at 10am

Hi All,

Well we went over to Wombat State Forest/Werribee River Picnic Area, & tested the Campers, just an overnighter, #### & Family, Dave (####'s Dad) & Steve & Pauline (with Georgie the Dog) Dave & myself Drank most of the Grog in the Camp, we save a shot for ####, not sure about Dave but ive stopped drinking again!
This was the way in, first camper trailer test, crossing the Mighty Werribee River, or is that Creek.

Our overnite set up, still no annex set up yet

it was a short steep little drop into the creek, with lots of rocks, no probs for the Mighty Prado's & Tru Blu/Cub Campers.
