    if anyone has any idea's about a spot where i could camp, or any others if interested for the saturday night and GTG sunday, it would be great, South East Coast, East Coast i am happy as you said BenTas where ever the masses would like.

        13th and 14th of Nov is the only weekend I have clear between now and mid January. :shock:
        Was planning a bike trip to Strahan that weekend but nothing set in stone.

          At this stage all of November and December is out for me :cry: as I will be working down the west coast and not sure what I will be working and having off so can not confirm to anything :x .

            What's about weekend of 13th of November then guys ? Seems to suit most, but awaiting for VK to see when his schedule will fit.

              Don't wait for me guys . My schedule is all over the place so don't know what is happening week to week at the moment :? . Plan a trip and if it comes about that I can get there I will fit in with what ever has been planned.

                  Hi all,

                  Saturday Nov 13 works for us. An overnighter Friday 12/Saturday 13 even better. Need to be back in Hobart Sunday Nov 14. As far as location, I'm easy. East Coast sounds good but.

                    Looks like we're getting some traction around the weekend of Sat 13th
                    I'll put forward a couple of options:
                    A) Gumleaves at Little Swanport. Great spot for kids, and has the option of Cabins or Camping, Swansea, Orford and Coast all nice and close by.

                    B) St Helens, at one of the Caravan Parks, again with options for Cabin or camping accommodation, and plenty of inland tracks west of scammander, the Dunes out towards the Coast, and some ripper country north of Binalong worth a gander.

                    Any other thoughts ?

                      We have a shack at Orford if that helps. Not much 4x4 around there though. Coles bay is always good, or further north. Ansons Bay?

                        That weekend ill be in Arnham land at a fishing lodge, id rather be on a pp trip of course, but sorry i gotta do what i gotta do, ill keep a close eye incase the date changes. if anything else is happening in Tassie let me know ill be in, Thinking of spending a few nights down swansea way new year,...

                                Well things seem to have slowed down here in Tassie, i am over and out for 2010 but if we can pin a date for a weekend GTG in early 2011 id love to catch up, i am open to anywhere in Tassie, I know Ansons Bay has a few good tracks and places to camp or Arthur River with a trip down to sandy cape, anyway if you would like to get a trip happening lets nut out a date,
