What an awesome day ... and many thanks Russ for a great lead.

For me, the day started with meeting Justo, Jeff and Leachy down in the far south ... then a convoy of white Prados headed up the freeway to Wanneroo and had a coffee at Maccas.

Russ lobbed up with Kentie and Jerry (two other Prados he just happend to find along the way) and Fishnuts pulled in too. There were a few strange looks as eight Prados pulled out of Maccas and headed north.

We eventually picked up a stray Landcruiser (who we nicknamed Depth Gauge ) 'cause he's the one we send in first to see if the hole or the water is too deep. No one minds if you lose a 'Cruiser - but we're attached to our Prados. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Brilliant BBQ lunch overlooking the ocean followed by a blast around the sand dunes ... and finally a quick punt up to the Moore River car wash. :lol:

And Chippy did us all proud, I didn't see his prado sitting stuck on its belly anywhere.! :shock: Mustn't have been tryin hard enough..!!
Was a great day, and sure was impressive watching that line of 120's strut their stuff.

Leachy managed to get a flat ... and we all had to watch



Russ lent a hand changing the tyre


Ooppss ... wrong angle


We managed to get to the car wash while it was still light ..


Then we had a night time winching exercise ... Leachy got the D4D stuck climbing out of the car wash ... Justo drove through the river and nosed up behind him ... so we could keep our feet dry while we hooked up .. then it was reverse to the other bank spooling the cable out ... and drag him back through the water to retrieve the winch cable. Feet dry .. and a freshly washed winch cable. :lol:

The cost ... in personal safety ... was too high.
That and took a long time to get the camera out from where she shoved it :shock: :cry: :shock:

It put a whole new perspective on downloading the pictures. :lol:
