The kit is supplied with a bolt with a hole in it to allow 2 wires to pass through the door skin. Then once through the door, the cable is passed down the driver's side towards the dash. I have installed a switch here and then you can wire it to accessory or take the cable down to the battery.Originally posted by Jester View Posthey guys
Just wondering how people run the wiring to these lights?

Currently waiting on more poles to be made. First batch are going out to a handful.
90 series brackets are also complete but they can't go out without poles.
Meanwhile, I've been busy beavering over these:
1. UHF antenna bracket with light
2. Quick release telescopic pole
Both of the above are shown in the CAD drawing below.
The quick release pole allows placement of the pole anywhere on the vehicle. Berniebgf thought this up and will be putting it on the aerial tab of his bullbar. It can also be mounted on the roof if there is an appropriate mounting tab available. Obviously the pole needs to be removed when driving.

Currently waiting on the machinist.Originally posted by berniebgf View PostQuick release telescopic extendable poll? Hmmmm lots of posibilities...
Sounds like a great idea, put me down for one.
Bernie.
Meanwhile, for the 150 owners only, a twin light and UHK bkt. Can't be done for the 120 due to the location of the wiper arm.
Also good for those who run multiple UHF radios and want the antennas at the rear so as not to block forward vision.Last edited by amts; 30-10-2013, 05:02 PM.
