Prado 150 Transfer Case & Actuator Guard (TG150) and 120 Transfer Case Guard (TG120)

Well my guard arrived today, it was i bit like a lucky dip as i have a bunch of stuff coming from ebay too lol. Anyway i opened the box and there it was all black and shiney!!
I have to say the quality of this product is excellent!! It's better than most things you would get from arb or tjm, there's been no scrimping on materials or the manufacturing proccess of this bit of kit.
It's all bolted up now and i'm a very happy customer. Thanks Brains for making these guards.

We now have TG150's back in stock but they are moving fast, so get your order placed promptly if you are chasing one.

As mentioned we also have stock of the TG120's.

If you do have a 120 Prado most of the GX and GXL's need just the TG120 guard. There are some GXL's with Option Packs that have the actuator along with the VX and Grande that require the TG150 guard.

If you can have a look at the rear of your transfer case when ordering and clarify exactly which guard you need for the 120 as certain series 120's (GXL-option pack, VX & Grande) have the plastic actuator.

If you have the following then you need to order the TG120


If your transfer looks like this then you need the TG150 (black plastic box at the rear of the transfer case).

Thanks for you comments, there is a bit of difference between the foil and our guard.

UPDATE of TG150

Got a call from the powder coaters that we can pick up guards tomorrow. We will pick them up do a test fit before we send out then box them up with instructions and bolts and post on Friday.

Sorry for the later delivery but unfortunately our stuff got to powdercoater after they had received a massive job and we had to wait in line.

Guards are still with the powder coater, there has been a hold up with the powder coating so will be calling them tomorrow to get an update.

TG150 Update.

To all of you who are waiting on the TG150's , they should be ready for pickup from the powder coaters Friday 12th. We will then endeavour to go through those that have made inquires and send out details for ordering. Then hopefully timing wise we'll be able to post out Monday 16th.

I'll clear it tomorrow it only goes so far on Tapatalk, I'm waiting for the guards to be welded before I'm asking for payment and confirmation of orders. I have you on the list so all good. Once they have all been welded then I'll take them to powdercoater and have a firm date for shipping.
