Thanks Sydneydude, I hope our instructions made it easy for them. Now to get out there and test them...

Got the TG 150 fitted yesterday; together with 2 bash plates from Brown Davies.
A walk in the park to fit those, according to Pedder's - and the invoice only showed $60.00. Great parts!

Just confirm whether you have traction control or not. Have a look at the back of your transfer case and if there is a black plastic box then you need the TG150, if there is not then the TG120. Check out the posts at the start of this thread.

Okay We are looking at getting all the welding done this weekend and then dropping off to powder coater on Monday or Tues so hopefully should have then back on Friday.
I'll start sending out the payment details. Should get that done tonight. If you haven't got a PM from me by tomorrow just send me a message and I'll get back to you. Your payment is your confirmation of ordering.

Thanks Fido666,Originally posted by fido666 View PostTG150 installed today, about a 10 min job once the Kaka was up on the hoist at the Vic Tech Day today. You might get a few more orders after today, all agreed it's a great piece of kit.
Have a few PM's in the inbox I'll get to them tonight.
We have the next 30 waiting to be welded so just waiting for the fabricator to get some spare time to get them done. Hopefully should have a rough completion date this week some time.

Hi,
Have Brains Transfercase/Actuator guard and want to fit bash plates from Brown Davis. Which one can I mount without interference with Brains' guard? Have a 150 KDSS, so can't fit TJM underbody protection

Sorry I missed your question, I usually put the rears up the ramp.Originally posted by fido666 View PostA stupid question perhaps but is it best to put the back wheels on the ramps or the front ones? I have a set of Stanfred 4WD ramps rated at 1,000kg each; I'm assuming they are up to the task.

Just put it on when it's cold as the bolts go in a lot easier.
