If anyone can assist, I would like to relocate the charcoal canister onto the Mk2 bracket and require a vehicle to take a look and measure up.

I assume your dual battery is located behind the driver's side headlight?

Hi all,
Great thread and the brackets look great. I am keen to place an order for one for a 2008 D4D to install my portable ARB compressor but before I do, I couldn't quite see how to wire it up to the battery? I assume cut off the alligator clips and wire directly to mains/secondary battery but has anyone got some instructions or tips to do this?

Yes, winding out appears to close the valve. Right now its sitting on the bottom of your bracket. I've done the 2 screws up tight, but I dont think the mounting plate of the filter is flush up against the vertical wall of your bracket, due to the drain plug. I'll try to take a pic of the back of the filter.
Edit: seem ok, but only just.
The reason I ask, is that given I appear to be the only one to mention this, there's a high probability I've done something wrong!!!
Anyone else have the drain plug sitting on the bottom of the bracket?Last edited by SimpleSi; 20-04-2015, 03:32 PM.2010 150 GXL Ebony Diesel | ARB Delux Bar | ARB Bashplates | GME 3450 UHF | Bilstein/Dobinson lift | SA LED Lighting 185W Spotties | Bridgestone D697LT | Wet Seat covers | LeighW's Voltage booster | Tin75 Pet barrier | 3D Mats'n'boot protector | Onboard ARB CKMA12 Compressor | Rhino Pioneer Platform | Roadsafe Recovery Points | Airtec Snorkel
