Oh great, another trip to Bunnings for a 50c rubber chair leg tip that'll end up being a $100 trip once I get those other 'essentials' that you always come across at Bunnings!

Did you find anything neat to keep the inflation hose and gauge in, plus the other small accessories ?

I put the hose and attachments in the little compartment above the jack compartment in the rear. Not sure if the door will stay closed on a bumpy road as it's not overly secure but we'll see how it goes.

Tyre inflater in the funky little compartment above the jack, hose in a 'cloth' shopping back wedged in around the jack.

My ARB compressor was fitted yesterday.
Today I found the chair leg covers at Bunnings. Thick rubber, 38mm, white for visibility.
I also picked up a little $10 tool bag to keep the hose, gauge and other fittings in, and there's room for a few other items too.

In case anyone is interested this is what I picked up at Bunnings today for $5 as a cover for the compressor outlet. Fits perfectly and is a tapered fit so it won't fall off.

Hi Hollywood, I'm looking at wiring of the pressure switch, did you make your own cable or use the ARB loom, because I just moved my compressor and the ARB loom has an excessive amount of wiring that I don't need.

The pressure switch and the rocker switch are in series and goes to the relay to activate it.

I butchered the ARB loom and used the bits I needed, there's a lot of extra wiring because it's designed for installations where two diff lockers are also installed. I also used some of my own terminals and wire.

In my case the trigger wire for the relay runs from the battery - through the relay - through the rocker switch - through the pressure switch to earth.

Just use the top of a Pump Water Bottle perfect fit.

I'm no sparky AMTS but it can't see why you can't have it either way. In either set up there's no current flow to energise the relay until the switch is thrown.
