what is the thickness of the spacers? and what is the maximum diff drop/rotation possible?

do you have the kits in stock?

    how heavy is the kit?

The spacers are 1 inch thick, you could possibly go a little thicker however you start to strain the rear mounting bush a little more than I'd like. The other issue is getting high tensile bolts long enough (I actually had to buy these bolts from England as no one in Oz could supply an appropriate size) I assume this is the same reasons all the other kits on the market are 1 inch or 25mm also.

Kits are ready to mail out. (I have made a batch of 6 to test the market)

Kit only weighs few 100 grams bolts being the heaviest bits, the spacers are alloy. I'll weigh one tomorrow and let you know if you like. I think it will fit in a 500g express bag @ $8.80, worst case the next size up is $12.

PS -You'll loose approx 10-12mm under your factory bash plates at the diff due to having to space them down slightly. Some aftermarket plates may need less or none.

In the near future I will also post before and after angles (I forgot to measure when I did the test fit), just waiting for another local fit up.

I'm interested. I'll measure the angle of the shafts. What is the ideal? Level I guess?

How hard is this to fit?

Hi Mick, just wondering what the issue with getting the bolts is, is it that they are 14mm or is it the grade 11.9? Did you look into an Imperial equivelant? I have already machined up the spacers for my diff drop kit, just have to get some bolts which i didn't think would be an issue.

                  Cheers Andrew

It was getting them in a suitible length. Sorted today, found a local supplier.
If you need bolts let me know and I'll send some up with Ian.

                      Everyone else:

If you PM'd me an order and don't get a confirmation tonight or tomorrow morning please resend your PM.

Please order by PM and ask questions in this thread. Otherwise I have to answer the same questions multiple times and I'll probably miss orders.

Bash plate spacers go at the rear of the front plate and the front of the second plate.

I'll post before and after angles next install I do. As a very loose guide this picture is a kit installed on a Prado with ARB "heavy spring" lift and just over 800mm guard to bottom of rim (actual - 805/810mm):

Can those I've already PM'd payment details too please use your user name when paying so I know who it is! Thanks!!

More answers for those that asked:

                            - Install time would be half an hour or so.
_ Yes I can do bash plate spacers for TJM plates (one piece to replace the TJM one so you don't have to stack it with one of the new ones) TJM plates also need to be spaced down less than the factory ones.
