Update:
Fitted new japanese wheel bearings (nsk) and issue remains.. possibly slightly improved but that might just be me willing it to be fixed....

pulled hubs out and whwel bearings are very crunchy so will see if replacing them helps

Update after pedders check this afternoon:
They could not detect any play in and of the usual bits, ball joints, wheel bearings, CV's etc...

I feel it through the steering wheel, it's a (wobble) pulsating left to right which seems to increase frequency with higher speed.

measured lateral and radial front wheel runout to less than 0.3mm in both directions....
