That is all I do. Get some cardboard from the newsagents, the stuff kids use for school projects. Draw a straight line about 150mm from one edge and then square up the cardboard up against the front edge. Mark every 100mm or so legthwise. Use a steel ruler and measure across to the side at each of these points and mark the number next to the line. Then cut the profile and refit, keep adjusting until you get it right. My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic

Hey Guys, Just wanted to show you the drawers that I finished about a fortnight ago before we set off for Googs Track and Bendleby Ranges. I used 15mm structural ply for all of it. I tried to keep the costs down so used 14g decking screws that I had left over from my deck build and just some 8g wood screws that were lying around. All screws holes were piloted, counter sunk and all joins were glued.2005 Prado TD Grande, 2 inch lift, Powerful 4x4 Rooftop Tent rack, 120w LED light bar, Ironman Snorkel, Leigh's Voltage Booster, Airbag Man Airbags, Homemade Drawers with MSA dropslide, Pacemaker 3 inch exhaust system, Performance EGT gauge, Safari Dtronic Chip

Heres my custom draws for under $200. Father in law is the wood work man so i left the building to him and looked after the paint, carpet and latches
only used cheap metal runners for draws that he had on hand but wasn't long enough, so decided for the full bin up front. Recovery gear (trax, straps & shovel) fit perfectly up there out of the way and maybe even my kids if they give me grief on our oz trip :P Thanks to all involved with this thread for the motivation
