Beeping after Engine Tune!

I have just had a tune on my 1kz-te which included, injectors, glow plugs, fuel filter, pump timing, throttle body clean & tappet adjustment.
The vehicle now emits a beep for about 2 or 3 seconds when the ignition is turned on, has anybody got any idea what the beep could be, it wasn't there prior to the tune up.

Is it normal, or does it mean that there is a problem? I have had the vehicle for years & it has never done it before, now it does it every time i turn on the ignition.

Possibly it was never connected previously. Mine's always done it

My 1KZTE never has done this. Off to check the plug at the bottom of the fuel filter!

I have just developed a clicking noise like a blinker relay drivers lower side near bonnet latch ,only just started doing this and have had car since new is this the same noise???

No, mine was distinct beeping, although Toyota call it a buzzer & it was the fuel filter sensor.
