Dropped the oil in the D4d and used the bore scope to check the oil pick up screen. Used two lots of engine oil flush to really give the engine a good clean out and got the oil hot before taking the sump plug out. I left it to drain for a couple of hours to try to get every last drop of crap out of the sump. Pick up screen was perfectly clean thankfully. I have had a good week with the Prado, injector feedbacks turned out to be good when checked on Sunday and the oil pick up screen is clear. I was expecting to have to change the injectors and clean the oil pick up screen as my Prado has had a hard life as a mine site vehicle in Central Qld. Might try to clean the EGR valve out next and install the EGR restriction plate. Unfortunately a check of the spare showed that the tyre was delaminating and is totally rooted so will need a new spare tomorrow.

Installed the 3" exhaust from 4wdsupacentre, it fitted up fine and cleared the rear axle with no problems.
The noise level is only slightly louder then before, driving with the windows up and aircon on the change in noise is very subtle. With the windows down or outside the car the note is deeper, and better sounding and you can hear the turbo more. I've only done a 20km test drive so far, but the fuel usage increased 1l/100km probably due to more liberal use of the go pedal to hear the note and feel the power difference.
Its picked up a few kw in power, nothing earth shattering but the change is noticeable and there's less of a flat spot in the lower rev ranges. So pretty happy given the cheap price of these exhausts.2007 120 GXL D4D 6sp Man - My Rig https://www.pradopoint.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=24945&d=1487341201

well, I think my 10 blade fan is working well.
My first hard push on the sand since owning it.
Outside temp was 22
Normal running temp for my car is 86-88
I was on soft sand, A/C on, 4 adults, low range 1 , 2 nd gear, revving at 3000rpm. Engine temp stayed at 8611/06 kdj120 gx wide body auto

But the exhaust didn't come with a dump pipe to turbo gasket, however it had gaskets for all other joints. You should be able to reuse the original, i also had all joints done with Permatex Muffler & Tailpipe Sealer to make sure it never leaked. He got access to the turbo bolts from underneath, it was soaked with WD overnight and one bolt still rounded and had to be cut off. So make sure you use a good 6 point socket and not a 12 point, and soak all nuts as much as you can. If don't have access to a hoist, you could try getting access from underneath first but you may have to go in through the arch if all else fails.2007 120 GXL D4D 6sp Man - My Rig https://www.pradopoint.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=24945&d=1487341201
