Made up 2 hook type brackets and bolted them straight to the rear seat retaining bars in the floor. Haven't moved at all in the last 7 mths.

Agree with what others have said. Check Injector readings and just keep an eye on them. When they go out of spec then replace them, no need to beforehand....

2007 GXL TD manual just clocked over 280,000.
New Injectors at 180,000 (still inspec but thought should change them) and then again at 230,000 ...

They usually replace after being torqued 3 times. Or if new injectors are going in then you might as well put new ones in. I would say they may have over...
