  • Towing a MkIII Tvan with 120 series

Hi all, I'm interested to hear what feedback you have about how a 120 (1kzte) goes towing a MkIII TVAN, especially from the perspective of loaded ball weight and general useability off road. Thanks in advance for any comments. Boyce

Friend tow a TVAN with his D4D 120, has been to most places with it, did the Canning
last year and the Cape the year before.

My Tvan (since sold) used to tow behind my 120 petrol like a dream. No problems at all.

Just don't go adding every option to the front and you should be ok. They're pretty heavy on the ball weight and it can creep up on you with added accessories.
