What are you planning on using to attach the ply down with? This is still on my to do list so if you have any tips on the install would be appreciated
I have removed the three factory tie down points and am going to use M6 bolts. That way I am using factory points so I don't have to stuff around working out how to install other points or weld to the body of the car.

I will try to take some photos soon.

Well, went and bough some marine ply and tie downs. Measured up and got behind a saw yesterday and cut up a floor the same as yours newmoore. Now I just need to sand it and cover it with marine carpet.

Can't wait to get it all sorted.

WOW! That is exactly what I want. I wish I lived a bit closer to you I would have tried to convince you to make a second and sell it to me!

Awesome Job newmoore. This is probably the 1st mod that I will be doing when I pick up my new Altitude next week. I am not sure that I will need to use one of the rear seats when going away, but the flexibility of this setup is impressive.

Did you look at putting a 4th bolt in the false floor? I am looking at putting my Waeco fridge on a slide, so I think I will need to secure the false floor with a 4th bolt into the back of the 3rd row LHS seat somehow.

    Has anyone else tried this?

I suppose you could put a fridge slide on there, but I didnt as I took the fridge out when stopped at a campsite and set up under the campter trailer annexe. It was easy for the wife and I to carry out and put back when on day trips.

Thanks for that Newmoore. That setup looks perfect and I dare say exactly what I will do.
