The say 'Made in Australia' I don't know by who, yes the are air bag comp. and must be fitted to the correct seat.
OK, excluding fitting issues are you happy with them?

Happy with the look and end result yes but that said I will by a cheap throw over set for the front seats on my Cape York trip. I don't plan to remove them in a hurry to try wash them.

        Re: Toyota Genuine Seat Covers

The "wet seat" covers at the TJM stand at the show looked the goods and you can get them without the TJM logo which is even better.
They were multi fit front seat with custom prado headrests and custom rear seat for all of the splits etc, they looked really good.

I saw the Wet suit ones at the motor show the other week, they looked good. Nothing like the toyota ones as one is wet suit material and one is cloth.

Re: Seat Covers for the 150

I have a set of SeatGlovers (Neoprene) seat covers on the JK Wrangler I am about to swap for a GXL Prado. Aside from being a little sweaty in summer and anytime after a long drive, they were great. Effectively waterproof and certainly easily cleaned of all the dog paw prints that my hound seems to like putting on them.

The Toyota ones are just cloth (confirmed through my dealer) and I will not be investing in a set at this stage. I think I will wait to see what aftermarket options become available.

              Cheers!

For southern Sydney, try Aussie Sheep and Wool on Bestic Street, Rockdale and Golden Ram on the Princes Highway at St Peters. Have not visited them yet, however, made a couple of phone calls. Both quoted various prices: full skins, centre skins, skins with side supports, etc, and suggested some were air bag compatible for the seat airbags. Both have web sites. Will visit in the near future.

                  Hi

I just fitted a set of RM Williams seude covers, airbag compatible. About $70 for the front set, and an excellent colour match for the interior (GXL).

I had these on my last Prado as well, they wear and fit well.

                  Regards

I am going to order a set of these later in the week. The price is reasonable and the feel of them is good. I have seen some in the flesh at TJM but not buying them from them because their logo is plastered on them.

Where did you buy them from? Are they Prado specific?

                                This is the company. http://thewetseat.com/

They are making them to fit the Prado 150 series. The middle seat ones are more expensive as they apparently have 32 individual pieces sewn into the product.
