I had bumper cut, some shops will no longer use inserts because of this issue, I suggest cut the bumper.

Hi all. Just got a TJM T13 for my ZR and, to be honest I'm very unhappy with the fit. The shape of the inserts doesn't appear to line up with the lines on the fender. The photos I've seen in this thread and others appears to show a much better fit than what I have. Please check out the photos at the following link and give me your opinion as to whether they are normal, warped or installed incorrectly.

I spoke with a rep at TJM today but haven't heard back from them as yet

I got my ARB bar colour coded. White car with black bar looks very industrial/mining. Resale down the track will prove me right. Friends with Tojos love it so that's more proof - $300 well spent.

My 2 bits worth, I went for the ARB deluxe bar color matched to the car, main reason was that I preferred the look from the front, I am not a fan of the dame Edna look with the outer wings much higher than the centre horizontal bar.
Not sure of cost, but when pressing for deal when setting up lease, Mike Carney Toyota in Townsville basically quoted me the Nara at cost. I also had to make sure that I got the dog lights fitted as one of the girls I worked with got hers delivered with no fog lights and then had to chase up with the dealer she dealt with in Brisbane to get them fitted.
I like the look of the color coding but the chips are going to be a pain as the bar gets older

Can't comment on durability, however I have just gone through the process of prep and paint for the bull bar so if you want to see what is involved see the following post for my T13.

I have a few small stone chips now on the black bar. If I had a white bar to match the white Prado, which I did not want anyway, the stone chips would be much more noticeable.

Had a white 80 series with a black bar for 17 years. Plenty of small stone chips, but not noticeable until you looked at it closely.

Still, it is your decision. Have a look at silver Prados with silver bars and black bars, and decide what you like the best.

Agree with Hutch go see the guys at TJM Brendale, I've had a T13 Steel TJM Bar on mine for 6 months and am very happy with it. And it looks much better suited to the 150's lines than the ARB bar.
