Re: ARB BAR vs TJM BAR
Hi All
Would the colour coded bars look worse for wear after a few years due to stone chips and brushing against trees etc compared to a polished alloy bar.
Cheers
Ivan

Re: ARB BAR vs TJM BAR
I had a ARB Sahara bar fitted this week negotiated price at the 4X4 show last Oct. $2160 colour coded and installed. I don't know how this equates to others but I am happy with the result. Includes new fog lights etc. No added freebies though. Also a safari snorkel for $576.

Re: ARB BAR vs TJM BAR
I think it may be a good idea to start a new thread and members state what they have paid on there particular bar set up so members
can get gage real world pricing in there particular state !!!
That way when we go in to negotiate pricing we have something to work to..
Sounds to Me like TJM ARB are taking us for a ride !!!

"$2260.00 in Brisbane for a T13 Steel Colour Coded (with the TJM Fog Lights) including installation and full colour coding of the bar and the head light infill panels".
I have been quoted $2700.00 RRP for same deal..
How are people getting bar and snorkel thrown in (Show special) for under $2K is someone pulling our leg hear ??..
price quoted up here for TJM colour coded $2290 ($400 for colour coding)
price quoted for ARB colour coded $2376 ($220 for colour coding)
show specials for under $2k does sound cheap... perhaps this is for black only given that colour coding costs $400??

Re: ARB BAR vs TJM BAR
You would pay $2260.00 in Brisbane for a T13 Steel Colour Coded (with the TJM Fog Lights) including installation and full colour coding of the bar and the head light infill panels. If you want it in black powdercoat finish it would be $1930.00 including fitting and $160.00 extra if you want the infill panels colour coded. That is full RRP.
Just FYI as well, the TJM Fog Lights are the same as the Toyota Genuine fog lights in the mount design, you can fit your OE lights back into the TJM Bar, better light in my opinion and then keep the TJM ones as a spare. Hope that helps.

Re: ARB BAR vs TJM BAR
I am getting the same bar not colour coded for around $2200k fitted which includes colour coding of the front under headlight "eyebrows". So it looks like Adelaide is cheaper than Victoria and more expensive than Brisbane. Given I am about to spend $14k on a fitout I was hoping for a bigger discountOriginally posted by stromblekiHi Everyone..
Can any of the Adelaide crew advise what sort of deals they are getting in Adl..
TJM have quoted me $2700 on a T13 colour coded which included the fog lights.
This seems to be way more than prices people are quoting in this thread !!!
They also said show pricing (Late Feb) will be around the same there is
usually just inclusions thrown in !!!
Confused :?: :?:

ARB BAR vs TJM BAR
Hey there hoona,
I should probably mention that I had to push for the deal that I got, I insisted that the current deal (bar& awning) did not suit me. Plus I had heard that last years shows special was a bar plus free snorkel (from pp). So I pushed for that. And they came to the party. Maybe helped that I was talking to the manager of the shop...
