hi every one just bought a prado 150 series 2012 and i am fitting a uhf where is the best part of the wiring loom to hook infer the power for this thanks i thought better to ask before i cut ??? thanks tom

For that very same reason I connected mine to the second battery. (None of my after market accessories are connected to the starter battery for obvious reasons.)

yep second battery run a multicolored cable through the firewall grommet so you have spare wire for future additions.

No second battery yet use Main battery for now same idea

I earthed mine to the body and ran power to the sunroof fuse since I don't have one. It stays powered on for a while after you turn the car off so you can still use it but will turn the UHF off if you forget to.
