Low/High beam globes - alternative to OEMs

Hi all,

Not sure of how to describe my dilemma but please bear with me. I drive a 2016 Prado GX and it doesn't have a bull bar. Driving in country Victoria at night is quite a challenge especially when trying to avoid a contact with (or just spot one on the road side) kangaroo/s.
So my question is: is there a better than the OEM globes on the market for my car that I can fit in the light fitting assembly? I would prefer to replace both the Low and High beam globes as I do not have intention to fit a bullbar and go an LED bar route (however understand its advantages). I would prefer a minimum conversion or no conversion at all (form fit and function).

Where to buy suggestions (ebay or online or brick and mortar shops in Melbourne) would be greatly appreciated.

I've been using the NARVA + ones and they seem to make a little difference. Only had 1 die on me over the last 4 years or so so seem to be holding up so far. Also a lot cheaper when supercheap has there sales on to.

After loosing a stock bulb bit over a year ago I have been using the Philips Whitevision on a facelift 2014 Prado, while the low beam is definitely better (always thought high was good against my 120), I seem to be blowing bulbs every 6-12mths, I guessing the higher output and being on all the time is the cause (ex electronic tech or maybe too forgiving on the supplier). I'm up to my 3rd in over a year so started carrying a spare in case. Have heard good things about the Narva so thinking about a change.

Stedi make a CopperTop HB3 and H11 LED globes. Expensive, but tend to throw a lot more brighter light.... than Halogens.

I bought the Stedi led’s to replace low beam. I was blowing a low beam globe every three months and at $45 a throw where we live it adds up. I might ad we have to drive on 10km of a poor excuse of a dirt road with potholes that would swallow a Prius.
Any way, much happier with the stedi led’s awesome output and 9 months later still going strong. Only criticism I have is the light cut off is not as distinct as the halogens. When hi beam goes I’ll replace with stedi or if I get really excited I’ll try some hid’s.

I too have the Stedi LED low beams. They look cool, however, I am actually disappointed with the output. IMHO they are worse than stock globes.
