My alternator is charging at 13.65v at idle. Do I need to replace the alternator or is it ok?

That's most likely ok for a standard alternator.HKB Electronics, manufacturer of the Alternator Voltage Booster, Silver 2008 D4D,Lifted,Underbody protection, Alternator Voltage Booster, Tiger Z winch, Lightforce DL, Air Horns, Tanami Drawers, Drop down fridge slide, Outback cargo barriers, Rotronics dual Battery system, Polaris GPS, HF/UHF/VHF, Radio speaker combiner, Long ranger water tank, Diff breathers, Inverter, Snorkel and others

You will get about .5V-.6V increase, can't be used on the 2.8Ltr engine.HKB Electronics, manufacturer of the Alternator Voltage Booster, Silver 2008 D4D,Lifted,Underbody protection, Alternator Voltage Booster, Tiger Z winch, Lightforce DL, Air Horns, Tanami Drawers, Drop down fridge slide, Outback cargo barriers, Rotronics dual Battery system, Polaris GPS, HF/UHF/VHF, Radio speaker combiner, Long ranger water tank, Diff breathers, Inverter, Snorkel and others

Thanks guys for your input.
I spoke with the auto electrician and he said 13.65v at idle was normal.
He also mentioned the most common problems he has seen lately is the clutch pulley on the alternators needing replacement at less then 200k.
I also asked that question about how long alternators should last and was told anywhere between 40k and 280k depending on many factors.

I have had over 300000 out of an alternator but I did pull it down and service it at 150000,
13.6V at 24C is pretty much normal for a low voltage alternator.HKB Electronics, manufacturer of the Alternator Voltage Booster, Silver 2008 D4D,Lifted,Underbody protection, Alternator Voltage Booster, Tiger Z winch, Lightforce DL, Air Horns, Tanami Drawers, Drop down fridge slide, Outback cargo barriers, Rotronics dual Battery system, Polaris GPS, HF/UHF/VHF, Radio speaker combiner, Long ranger water tank, Diff breathers, Inverter, Snorkel and others
