It's only on tune 5 which is factory. I didn't change any setting and a lot of people have 5 as their setting. If I get the error again I might drop it to 4.

I cannot dyno it up here. There is one place that I know of in Darwin that has a 4x4 dyno (to do all four wheels) and it needs to be repaired.

    Winston.

Hi Guys. if I can get a loan vehicle from someone in Sydney I will be able to supply 150 Prado full 3" aluminised Mild Steel systems (from turbo back) for $850.00. Price includes a Cat. W/O Cat $640.00

The loan car gets it for $500.00 with or w/o cat... your choice. I will need the car for 2 days max to make up the jig. Probably 1 day only.

I can get the guys to weld on a fitting for the EGT Controller probe too.

My thoughts are $1100 to $1500 for a full system, turbo back.

Do you have any ideas on this error?

I am very pleased to have it back in. Iv'e got the power back. YESSSSS!!!!!!!!!

While the chip was out I kept an eye on what the egt was doing only to find that there is no noticeable difference at all.
It was running at about the same temps, around town & on the highway.

Now who was it who wanted that race??

    Cheers

Yep and is normal . With my previous brand of chip it was even noisier.
You think D4D is noisey with a chip have a listen to a Ford Powerstroke out of the F series trucks standard or chipped.

Just pulled the chip out for a service this week and noticed that my injectors are a lot quieter. Has anyone else noticed a change in injector noise with the chip?
