#### - are you seeing examples without chips also blowing?
Prado 50 odd k.
Not many that low, most of the low Klm's ones are members here. A few around 70-80k not many.
The numbers increase a bit from there usually 120k is a pretty safe number.
The modified vehicles, with or without chips & towing seems to more common.
Chips are not helping at all.
DIAGNOSTIC by an expert every 10,000k is your number 1
Many people are becoming aware of the issue.
I saw a 150 today, from the Bendigo arb sticker he was on the way back to Bendigo, lots of ugly puffs of smoke, definitely not looking good for him. I felt like I needed a set of blue & red lights so I could pull him over & give a warning.
Poor sods who not on forums & go to Toyo.

Usually when one has popped it's a modified truck not a stock standard one. Usually towing. Coinsedence?
When you put bigger tyres, more weight, add wind drag, you make it work harder.

I had my injectors replaced today with the baileys ones. Just wondering what values I should see now. The bloke said one of the injectors was +2 when it was cold. when I drove off the temp gauge was cold but didn't take long to warm up. Would the car be running to install the codes? Just wondering if this is normal. I intend to get some readings when I can get to my local mechanic.

What was your old readings?

Thanks Matt
That's why it would be a good start to know what the exact previous & new readings are.
So this 2+ is it cold only & comes back pretty quick? Or not much improvement when warm?
The codes are entered before you start up.

Often they improve as they warm up, sometimes they don't.
Interested to know if they got it warm or just switched it off.
Come back was meant to mean come back down
