The reality is $5-10K is a typical ARB fitout so the sales guys/fitters get complacent. Most of their business also comes from trade, case in point I saw 6 brand new white Rangers being fitted out at a local ARB dealer yesterday, these are low margin, high volume get them in and out quick jobs. The fitters therefore get used to doing jobs quick and not thinking them through.

I am about to get new OME shocks fitted by an ARB franchise. Last time they fitted the tyres they scratched every rim including the spare. I told the owner today, if you scratch my freshly painted rims I will not pay you for the job. He reluctantly agreed as he knows what the rims are worth from the last time we did this dance.

      Hey Sam
Nice to see someone out there isn't interested in getting things fixed and it doesn't matter how much you spend whether it be $100, $10,000 or $30,000 the service and quality should be the same.

I was wanting to put diff locks in but after my old mans job ( refer to earlier post and under my rig post ) I'm not sure I want to to be honest I'd find elsewhere! And we thought we could get a deal done considering he has spent over $20k but no they couldn't give a shit whether I took it or not..

Disappointing that's for sure, and I buy ARB stuff because I thought it was the best!

      Steve well said mate

I think the reality is if ARB had a serious competitor all of this would mean something to them.
                Regards, Heath.
