Hey guys,
Whether you buy from DIG Options or someone us, my only advice with purchasing a unit for Prado 150 is wait, please. We have looked at a number of units available and are developing these to make them suitable as they seem to all be a long way off. I would hope that within 2 months we will have a suitable option to offer. Issues that are faced with 150 units we have looked at thus far are compatibility issues with the rear speakers, usb audio, bluetooth on the steering wheel, diversity antenna etc etc. Too many incompatibilties to mention.
We've tested the unit from the same factory Navion get theres, tested the same one as Suav and testing another which is probably the closest but still not 100%.
We are working through these issues now and hopefully will have a solution shortly. If you're unsure please don't hesitate to contact us.

matt, progress and updates will keep us hooked and i'm sure we will wait if we know you are getting closer to perfection.

if we hear nothing - we may be tempted to go somewhere else.

Cronulla Car Sound on the Princes Highway at Kirrawee, is offering a Panasonic unit, but it's about $4,000. Another unit is coming out in the near future, probably a bit cheaper.

Regardless of what you order, most likely that modifications will be required to the dash to fit a new unit.

Was told that Toyota Japan do have a compatible unit for the GXL, but it will not be sold in Australia because it will interfere with sales of the Kakadu model.

there are 2 units as well be carefull one that is amplified and one that isnt depending on the version of car you have. The wiring looms are different.
also the hazard light slot is different its double size and i cant find an insert for it

other than that the build of the system looks good but i still havent installed one yet

I think about doing it almost every day... One day I will do it, if the VMS unit is delayed until after Christmas I will bite the bullet and order one. What is $700.00 between friends.

what is VMS? How much do you think it should cost to get one of these chinese ones installed. Do you know if it would still allow use of steering controls?
