Is it as simple as pulling out the strut assembly and replacing it ?

What happens with electric part on top ?

Can i run aftermarket upfront and Originals in back ? Or replace the lot ?

Does ARB, TJM or Opposite lock have gear that will fit the Kakadu? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Does the kdss still work with aftermarket struts ? Is the electric part on top just a auto dampener ?

    Cheers n thanks

Does the KDSS light stay on dash when swapping out front coils and struts ?

Kakadu owners wanting to do a lift and retain the existing system should check out Snake Racing in Brisbane. They have a solution.

Do you guys have a copy of what you original measurements before lift with 18" wheels?

Happy so far, could probably have gone the next model down to be honest. Have not measured lately and don't have rocksliders so hard to advise if they will suit your application.

Amts what springs and spring rate are you running?

I want to be able to rock up on Monday and tell them exactly what I want put in the car.

I wasn't countering your point. I was adding to it.

But if they are different like my Dobinsons would my advice be correct AMTS?

If your springs are the same, then install the 6mm strut spacers, then do the KDSS bleed.

Assuming the springs are KDSS specific (so different length on driver's side) I would bleed the KDSS after installing the springs but before adding any spacers, that's the only way you will know what hopefully fixes the lean.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

We were measuring on the mechanics floor which is as level as it's going to get. Also it was where it was measured pre-lift.

So just so I'm getting this correct:

Install the springs, if I can get an increased I should install a 6mm strut spacer front right corner only? Then bleed the KDSS system after the install of the new shocks and springs?

If it still has a lean will a spring spacer make a difference?

I have bull bar, winch, dual battery, under vehicle protection, rock sliders and roof rack.

What spring rate can you guys recommend?
