Just to add to this thread, I didnt remove anything mine is a manual, I did remove all the studs and nuts and replaced them all, I did pre loosen and anti seize them, only used a deep 14mm socket no extensions and a 14 mm rachet spanner. Extractors and Y piece fitted in under 3 hrs and the rest of the exhaust in another hr and a half, had to Jack the rear up a few inchs to get the tail piece over the diff, all wheels were left on.Last edited by oceanracer; 15-12-2015, 06:01 PM.

So far I've gone 80ks further from the main tank.
It did 970ks on 120 lts of fuel, no trip ks just going to work, I'm happy with that.12.7 Lts per 100ksLast edited by oceanracer; 04-01-2016, 09:08 AM.

Getting the Pacemaker Headers with King Brown exhaust system fitted next week. Opted for ceramic coating on the headers and Y pipe. Gives them a longer life.
I carry around approx 420kg in the back packed double stacked drawer system. Getting 16ltr/100km consistently. Towing trailer at times 1.5t. We’ll see if this system makes any noticeable difference.

All I can say is that after driving around 120km today, why did I not have this system fitted years ago. Runs noticeably cooler, holds a gear longer uphill with more grunt.
Pull the T bar back and step on it takes out a wrinkle or two. There is a better exhaust note compared to the hissing sound made previously with the old exhaust.
Ceramic coating adds a nice touch to it as well as adding longevity. Costs more though. If you are thinking about installing this system you won’t be disappointed.
When it’s daylight I’ll put up some photo’s.
