Finally found what is causing the knocking tin can sound under my car, but not sure what it is.

The exhaust pipe does not appear to be hitting the damper part. Is that location the source of the noise?
Could the noise be a piece of muffler baffle that is broken away and rattling inside the muffler? Sorry, I have forgotten where the mufflers are located in the Series 90, except the one at the rear.2019 Prado GXL 2.8L Diesel
