Getting close to home now, the Landscape is a bit different to SEQ!

Well that is a brief snapshot of our trip to and from the GTG, we managed to find all this and lots more with little or no research and planning, we pretty much just wandered aimlessly from the GTG to home, just imagine what we could have found with more time and a bit of planning.

Speaking of planning, must get to work on planning the next trip.

    Cheers Andrew

Nice pics AJ. Looks like you had a full trip getting back.
As snaga highlighted. The best trips are the ones you don't plan in detail. Exploring is half the fun.

        Cheers

Thanks for sharing your return trip in pictures. It has really got us planning our big trip (for us anyway) next year. So many places and so little time.
I really do enjoy reading what ever you post.

Glad you enjoyed the pics VK, I know I like looking at other peoples travel pics.

We..... No, I normally plan our longer trips in reasonable detail and leave the exploration for the trips closer to home, Just had to many other things on the go to research this one too much, which worked out well in the end. We certainly went to some places well off the beaten track. Other than the Bathurst plan our only other plan was to keep off the bitumen and the main roads as much as possible, which we succeded in doing fairly well.

            Cheers Andrew
