Fleet pricing is the best, but it means signing up for a lease on the vehicle.
Works well for tax advantages, but some don't like the money it costs.
I got my MY14 GXL with a bunch of ARB gear (lift, bar, bash plates, BFG AT's) for around $61k..D4D Prado GXL - 2014. 2" OME lift, ARB Deluxe Winch bar, ARB under body protection plates, ARB EZ Deflator, Weaco fridge, Matsen fridge on slide, BFG A/T's, ARB CKMA12 compressor, Oztrail side awning with LED lights PLUS canvas extension, Lightforce XGT's.. Through SGFleet, I nominated the dealer, who had no say in the price they got paid, they were pissed tooD4D Prado GXL - 2014. 2" OME lift, ARB Deluxe Winch bar, ARB under body protection plates, ARB EZ Deflator, Weaco fridge, Matsen fridge on slide, BFG A/T's, ARB CKMA12 compressor, Oztrail side awning with LED lights PLUS canvas extension, Lightforce XGT's.. SGFleet told me, the way they do it, when you call, asking for a quote, they put it out to tender to all dealers. The dealers then fight amongst themselves to give the cheapest price. The cheapest price wins, in my case, the cheapest price WAS NOT my local dealer, and when I asked her if she could supply through my local, she said no problem.
The look on his face was priceless.
ME: I'm here to buy a new Prado, Diesel, GXL auto in white.
THEM: Yes sir, we can do that, let me get you a quote.
ME: Don't bother, I know how much I'm going to pay.
THEM: very puzzled look.
ME: I have my quote from SGFleet.
THEM: Shoulders drop, smile vanished..
Lucky they were very good about the whole thing, even helped me out with tires, and speeding up the ARB install process. My wife and I were actually so happy with their service, we went back a month later and screwed the same sales guy for a great price on a new RAV4 for the wife..D4D Prado GXL - 2014. 2" OME lift, ARB Deluxe Winch bar, ARB under body protection plates, ARB EZ Deflator, Weaco fridge, Matsen fridge on slide, BFG A/T's, ARB CKMA12 compressor, Oztrail side awning with LED lights PLUS canvas extension, Lightforce XGT's.. When i did my lease they offered to source the car for me but i preffered to go through my local dealer. Cost me a couple of hundred more but keeping the dealer on side hopefully will be beneficial long term.. Still got over 8 k company gold discount.

Oh, SGFleet, love them! The easiest lease company in Australia to get along with. They are the only lease company I would even consider getting a vehicle through.[LEFT]Silver 150 Facelift

I must admit I don't like to idea of losing one of the fuel tanks. Considering I will be coming from a 120 series it will be like loosing half of my fuel capacity! I do like the idea of getting fully electric adjustable seats though which should help with the long trips on the back. I also like the factory leather seat upgrade.
Any thoughts on the altitude particularly around pricing?
Altitude small fuel tank is a no go for me and for Altitude price you are almost few grand away from VX and there is no comparison there. VX wins outright this comparison.

I was looking at both the Altitude and VX less then 6 months ago.Prado MY14 150 Series Altitude - Rhino Pioneer rack with backbone system, Tint, Fuel Manager Pre-Filter Fuel/Water Separator, Mann Provent 200 oil catch can, Toyota 2.5T Tow Bar, Scangauge2, TJM T3 winch bar, Narva HID 225, Polyair Air bags, 2" lift (Bilstein & Kings), Uniden 7700 with GME AE4018BK3, 32" LED Light bar, 2mt Awning, 1100mm Treds with mount plates

Quotes this week from a Brissie dealer.
Run out GXL $58K drive away + $2K for leather
2015 Altitude $69,500 drive away - would do free Toyota tow bar & mats if sign this week
2015 VX $72K drive away
Tossing up whether to go Altitude or VX.
Leaning toward Altitude - as few extras I like over VX (sunroof & rear entertainment system for the kid lets). Don't like how headlights on full-time on Altitude model though -- daytime run lights & headlights better on VX.
