About to sign up for a 2016 GXL 2.8 T-D auto, Glacier White, for delivery early July, … what is the best price I can expect in Perth, with what extras & warranty, and which dealer should I buy from?

Should I go through a broker, and if so which one?

Will later be getting ARB to fit bull bar, dual wheel carriers, OME lifts.

Had to shop around and fly interstate (Melbourne) to collect ($99), was $12500 less than dearest quote and $3500 cheaper than next cheapest quote
Local dealers hopeless, the dealer I bought from in Melbourne top notch
    Absolutely loving it, 7000km already
Matt73, which dealer in Melbourne did you end up doing business with? Would like to get a good price on a new VX.

Also - I think that the Toyota nudge bar may block or interfere with some of the front parking sensors.
Have you had any luck OzDriver? Just checking the Suna site and it says only on VX and Kakadu models.

You can have the best of both worlds by driving the auto like a manual with you selecting which gear you want.

Just wondering, has anyone bought a manual one yet?
Yes I wanted a manual because I want to decide what gear to be in not Toyota's software. Also slight correction to above post my GXL even though it does have old maps it does have SUNA live traffic which I like a lot.

2016 GX (Ebony) with rear park sensors, roof racks, mats/cargo mats $55,500 after visiting 3 dealers in Sydney.

Chose the GX over GXL because we don't have young kids anymore (only dogs) and the GX with only one row of passenger seats fold right down, more compactly than the GXL. We can easily sleep in it or cart the dogs around. I use google maps on my mobile all the time for city driving and love the live traffic and divert features. The GXL does not have any live traffic features and the maps are apparently not up to date and do not include all areas. Only the VX and Kakadu have SUNA live traffic function.

Only disadvantage is having to wait for till May for delivery of a 2016 model. Plenty of time to start looking at accessories and planning some trips.

Have a look at the video earlier in this thread on beating the dealer.

yep. I paid $73k for a jan 2016 graphite VX with towbar and mats. no tint /nudge bar. My suggestion - see if a broker can beat that price.
