    The 5 year Tigerz warranty specifically states it has to be serviced by a Tigerz dealer every 12 months, which basically renders the warranty useless I reckon because whos going to do that???
    I dont know anyone who would get their winch strip serviced by a dealer for a few hundred bucks every year!

        It was when I was looking for a winch, that was why I didnt buy one.
        Cant be bothered looking for it now, maybe its changed.
        Mind you, looking at your link, its not much better!

          The Hercules is just there for people wanting a cheap winch. The quality is ok but imo its worth spending the extra to get the grande.

            Thanks very much for the feedback. 4wd supplies what sort of fairlead do I need to install for the 12000 pound rope tigerz11 winch to suit a arb deluxe winch bar and how much am i looking at?

              Can anyone please confirm if a standard or offset hawse fairlead is required for an ARB deluxe winch bar on a 150.

              It seems an offset hawse is required for the 120 but it is a bit confusing reading the many posts here whether one is required for the 150.

                I also have an ARB winch bar and looking at fitting a 10,000lb grande winch

                  Standard hawse is required for the ARB bar on the 150. An offset one will not fit.

                    Haha I always get a bit of a laugh from the Chinese crap thing. I remember back some 35-40 years when 'made in Japan' was the worst you could get, and it really was bad.
                    Its amazing how quickly a country can sort out its crap once it gets rolling.

                    Can't wait for mainstream 'made in India'

                    I just bought a Tigerz 12000 partly because it has magnetic braking so doesn't overheat synthetic ropes and also allows to winch the truck downhill as well as uphill. No stock though so have to wait for the container to arrive.
                    If you pre-buy it from Tigerz on Ebay at the moment, they are throwing in free freight as well.

                            got the missus linning up for the aldi winch and 12v air compressor in the morning, i'll give it a go for that price...

                            mate just had a bullbar and snorkel fitted to his wildtrac, asked tjm to install the aldi winch from last sale, as part of the instalation.

                            local tjm dealer , evan thought it was a good buy.. but time will tell...

                              If no luck with the Aldi winch there's also the Tigerz11 Hercules 9000lb steel rope for $311. I'm still not sure if I'm going to need a winch but these prices are very tempting.

                              Did you guys also see the 12V 2T scissor jack?

                              As for the air compressor, there's some on ebay with the twin compressor for similar price.
