Am having trouble uploading photo.
Get an error message in preview
Tried to paste the error message and get the same error message without the photo
So don'd know whats going on
Photo is jpg
Where are instructions for uploading photos and why would an error message come up when i am trying to post the error message?

Any update as to the problem of not being able to place a picture in the avatar?

Tried on IPad last night and today on the laptop, unable to edit avatar utilising either Apple or Microsoft software

Be really cool if we could add an avatar to our profile. Is it really that difficult to fix? The site looks extremely bland with all these blank faces staring at me.

Not sure how others have added an Avatar pic. I still can't do it despite Piggy's tips. Followed them to the letter but no option to 'edit Avatar'.

I just did mine with a random pic of my new 150... worked as expected. Hmmmm.... ???

Did you 'hover' over the avatar area... don't click till the edit option comes up... if it does

No...clicking the cursor on the area over the avatar has zero effect.

I've had this error for a while now. When I try to login from work I get "That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message." but when I use my phone or home laptop it's fine.

Also can you mark all posts as read in 1 click? My new topics page is so long as I don't care for most of them (mainly Diesel problems anyway haha)

Does anyone actively administer this forum? So many issues brought up on this thread have not been dealt with. Kind of seems half hearted like the birthday competition. Words but no action. IMHO PP feels dead and cold with out any positive leadership and help from admins.

Not sure if this issue is isolated to me, or if others are having problems with it as well- But every image I upload is flipped the wrong way, and it's not even consistant. I've got 2 photos of my EGR that were taken with the phone in landscape about 2 seconds apart, I've uploaded them here and it's flipped one 90 degrees and the other 180. Very weird and frustrating.

Most of the issues I’ve had since the “downgrade” haven’t been fixed either. Definitely not an improvement over the previous interface for me. If the current timeframe is anything to go by with what’s been fixed for usability that I’ve noticed it’ll take about as long as it takes Fisher & Paykel to action a warranty claim..... Never haha. Am I alone when I say I used to visit this site almost daily but now visit hardly ever? Surely there’s a fair few? Just seems fruitless when you click on certain topics and the system still freezes & never opens them like it did the day of the downgrade to name one issue.

Did all the search indexes get blown away with the upgrade? Seem to get hardly any useful results when searching. You use to get lots or useful results??
