Thanks mj, it is all starting to come together finally. It's funny you know, nearly everyday I come across a new idea or a new upgrade that I want to do. I don't think I will ever be "finished" as such.

After I finished with the airbags, I decided that I would make a table for the rear door. I had seen a few and they looked pretty easy. I had the carpet and Ply in the shed, I just had to buy some hinges and elastic straps as well as make the time to get started.
Well a few weeks went by, I hadn't progressed any further due to work and kids sporting commitments. It was my birthday and my kids brought out this massive present. As soon as I picked it up I knew what it was, they had bought me a Trektable off the net. It cost significantly more than the one I was going to make but I was happy as and set about installing it straight away. They are surprisingly easy to install and given the way they attach, they are quite strong as well. This is possibly the best mod I have done yet, so convenient.
I also bought a 40L moulded plastic watertank for the rear footwell. This works great, but I am considering mounting a 12 pump under the rear seats and running a hose to the back door. The pump and hose will be a permanent fixture and I just have to work out the fittings for the tank to remain removable.2012 D4D GXL Auto - Graphite with some TJM enhancement.

After reading through the Voltage Boosting Diode Thread again, and some discussion with LeighW, I decided to put in the MK3 Vostage boosting Diode. The main reason for this is that my start battery never seems to be fully charged. Everytime I put the voltmeter on it reads around 12.5 volts. My second battery is always around the 13.4 mark. I put this down to lots of short trips around town and not sufficient time for the alternator to charge the start battery fully. The warm charge rate from standard was 13.68 volts and after installing the Diode it is now 14.19 volts. I have only had the Diode in for 4 days now and I have noticed that the headlights are slightly brighter now and whilst it is really too early to get a good read, the start battery is reading at 13.0 volts. It will be interesting to see what this is like an a couple of weeks. Seems a great product so far and is an easy 30 second install.
I also (again after reading posts here) decided to do the interior LED light upgrade. I bought mine from China and cost me $8 total posted for the 2 x Roof Lights and $18 total posted for 20 x T10 style bulbs for the doors and map lights. I put 48SMD 5050 panels in the roof and 5SMD 5050 T10 bulbs in the doors etc. The roof panels are awesome, great cool white light and makes it so easy to find stuff camping at night.
Not a great pic of the light installed as daytime and on my iphone, I will get a night shot on my good camera and post that. I really cannot believe the difference this has made. The kids call the new lights the Sun - "Dad, I can't find my ipod can you turn the sun on please!"

I also saw the post by Derek last week - HERE - about Superior Engineering Rock Sliders. These look awesome, but like others have posted in that thread, I would like to see them on a 150 with no writing and with the front mudguards still attached before I pull the trigger on a set.
Surely someone has them fitted by now?? They really do look the goods.
