Use the GoPro software with my Hero 3 and have now started using Olympus viewer 2 since picking up a OM-D E-M5.

Just to freshen this up again, for the last 7 months I have been using Capture 1 pro 7 , it was on special at the time! I am still learning to use all the features but it is amazing what it can do with your raw images. I am really very happy with the results. The major down side to me is that the filing system is not all that intuitive and moving images from one file to another is not easy (possibly just my ignorance of the software). So, I work over my raw images in capture one (using an external hard drive) then export as jpeg to iPhoto and store them on the laptop. iPhoto makes organisation of you photos a cinch and the huge raw image data stays on an external drive so as not to clog my laptop SSD. Just wondering if anyone is using the new Capture 1 pro 8, is it worth the upgrade price?2009 120 GXL D4D, TJM Bull Bar, Winch, Safari Snorkel, ARB Lift, ARB Lockers, Black Widow Drawers

I like the tagging and key word search functionality of LR and it nearly cuts it as a one tool fits all solution. I recently subscribed to Adobe for LR and Photoshop costing an annual fee of $120 which includes constant upgrades in the price. I shoot 14 bit raw with Nikon D800E which does give me large files and archiving to deal with, I have found LR performs well with this.
