  • Thanks guys. I know there are threads with 1 million posts in them but as usual the KLC thread has come through with the simple and exact answer I was chasing.

BTW these just came in the mail about 20 mins ago. As you can see by the size of my fob they are bloody huge, and actually too big to use anywhere on the car, they are even too big a diameter to use in the reverse lights so i'll just add them to my growing (led fetish) collection.
It's a shame they don't fit anywhere though as looking at these suckers is worse than staring into the sun. I am in fact typing this on a brail keyboard as I can no longer see after looking at them.

So just to put it simply for the retarded, because I have the TC if I put an elocker I won't actually lose any of the existing TC stuff but will gain a manual locker when I flick the switch.
      Have I got that right??

thanks for the votes in confidence. I'll do my best to uphold your fine traditions. Do I need a third and fourth?

Can't promise much posting, it appears the time spent on PP during work hours has been noticed... I reckon that its jealousy from the lesser vehicularly endowed.

That said, I would appreciate some advice on how to train the fornicating pair of possums that have moved into my roof space to go and procreate in the neighbours roof. I'd like some sleep.

Its not russian crash cams, but this made me laugh this morning. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5aBryfanU4

Print it out and ask your SWMBO to make a tapestry or cross stitch out of the pattern LOL. That would be a scream, a Prado artwork on the wall.

I fashioned a connector and soldered it to the led lights and slotted the lights into the rear cargo bay light and WOW..really bright....oh and it attaches inside the light with supplied adhesive tape.
Yeah I've got the 48 panels in the mid & rear and the 15 panels in the map lights all the panels I bought came with 3 different plug types to fit any application. I've got very bright 16 diode bulbs in my reverse lights too.
Those lights in my photo are about 10 times as bright as the 48 panels, you can't even look in their direction without it boiling the vitreous fluid in your eyeball. it really is a shame they are so big.

and of course i would reply.."Yep, you are" and thus get another back hander..She is so violent, even more so when she is dressed in black leather.
and holding a stick of wet celery.

OHHhhhhhhh the pain of it all... By the way..thanks James for that tip, Swmbo said the leather thing was a great idea.

So sending her my riding crop would not be a good idea then?

Even better the TC doesn't discriminate against locked diffs so it continues to operate and will brake one of the front wheels if/when that slips.

                          • You get some weird noises from under the Prado when using Multi-Terrain select, had me a bit worried at first.

Had fun trying out the diff locks on some steep climbs a while back, they seem to do the job.

Bit sad, no-one commented on my secret code back on pg 95 :-

Yes I know, this thread moves so fast it's hard to keep up but that was some of my better work. I should be doing chores but have just come back from the physio and was told no bending, rules out most housework YAY!

                            • Steve I doubt you would need to use the rear locked in sand because it usually ends in tears with or without maxtrax. Where have you got sand moguls? Don't you just plough straight through them?
