B-double and long vehicle drivers like yourself AJ will straddle both lanes to discourage any overtaking on the inside. Not this driver, he was totally on the right lane.

He didn't nescesarily change his mind, he may have been indicating to go into the right lane in order to turn left, pretty common practice in a double.
