This is the best device ever for removing ticks.
I've been a rural and remote GP for over 30 years and it's the ducks nuts for tick removal.

          • Back in my army life we had one guy with over 120 ticks and another with 87. Needless to say they both were pretty sick following their ordeal. That's what you get for sleeping under native grass trees in the roo country.

Relax, just joking. Just commenting in response to Dave Hughes on tonight's The Project.

I love you Sydney-siders, especially 2 young ladies from Galston Gorge. Wink, wink.

                • Just went to the post office to send off a parcel to Westren Australia from Tasmania and was told it will take a minimum of seven days to get there!! The web site says 2-3 days and their response is that is correct when posted from Melbourne or Sydney. WTF?????

Doesn't surprise me as it took 14 days for a letter to travel 60kms here in Tasmania.

Why is postage so slow here in Australia when you can get parcels from overseas in under a week?

It's only slow in Tasmania. Since everyone in Tassie is two headed, the mail sorter has to read every letter twice before it gets placed. Further pursant to this issue, given that Taswegians are technologically backwards, the snail mail system is used more often then emails. Creating a further backlog. Lets not forget that everyone in Tasmania has trouble reading and consequently read very slowly. This means that every letter must be written slowly so as not to confuse the end reader.

                    C'mon mate. It's sheer logic.

                        • Aside from possibly being offensive to some people I don't see how the post was Prado related so according to the rough guidelines we were given shouldn't be eligible to either give or remove rep points.

Better yet, would you feel better if I reported it for you?
