Ahahaha, let them know the ones that pay a bigger percentage are paying you to put them out of their misery because we are sick of paying their benefits for no return!

    Bits are shitty...
    Bits are missing?
How do they think someone asking incredulously that a "bits are missing" actually made to a campsite without falling apart is good advertising? Like they can't believe it actually made it. Doesn't instill much confidence in a brand name does it.....

    Same story here.
Give a guy a go,tell him as an adult (32) he will need to pay attention to pick up skills quick.
1st week we ask him to refit a patrol bullbar he took of for painting and he goes off swearing at us because he can't remember where the bolt go!!
Send him on his way and then get texts for the next 3 days asking for a 2nd chance.
Didn't seem to happy when I told him he got that at the start.
Some employees are just hard work.

Dropped some claims in at medicare today. They share with centrelink. Lots of able-bodied people queuing up to submit their dole claims.

My brother has to play toe-cutter at his work and has been laying a few off due to a down-turn. He's sacked a few with kids and big mortgages. He might even lose his job if things don't pick up.
