More power to ya, mate. Well done. There's nothing like travelling this country as an experience for a young person. As long as they don't watch the in car DVD 100% of the time.

Well I guess travelling is what we (me and the missus) do best. We have been at it (travelling ops: ) for around 5 years now. Heading back to Tassie soon to live for a while but will be planning and doing some trips from there.
Other stuff includes triathlon (half and full ironman), diving here and o/s, photography, amateur radio (VK6PAC, VK7CBR).

Like mucking about with 'puters but really have no clue. :?

Used to fly but the house got in the way.. if you see what I mean.

Hopefully the house didn't literally get in the way. I can imagine a lot of twisted aluminium.

Hobby ... mmm ... just had to check the dictionary on that one - "spare time activity or passtime".

With three businesses under one roof (one old and two new) and 14 employees I don't really have time for hobbies!

Ample-Tech - Industrial Design, Construction, Maintenance & Operation (old)
Ample Outdoors - Industrial, Outdoor, Recreation & Off-road Equipment (new)
Ample Energy - Renewable Energy Systems & Energy Audits (new)

I have done a bit of stuff over the years though (now 37).

Obviously 4WDing - Mainly forests around Lithgow (Subaru, Triton, B2600, Troopie & now 120 Prado)
                            Advanced 4WD Trained
Outback Touring - so far only Western Simpson, but Corner Country trip planned for July!
Camper Trailering - Jayco Eagle Outback
Motorcycling - on & off road (Philip Island trips, Western Simpson Desert)
Helicopter PPL (350 hours) - Kimberleys, East Coast, Melbourne, CareFlight Rallies
                            Bathurst Aero Club Director
Building, Construction, Earthmoving - live on 30 acres with many sheds etc!
Kayaking - not much experience but have sea, flat water & white water boats
Watching Movies - 157 cm LCD and surround sound ... very nice!
                            Oh ... and a wonderful wife and two kids (8 & 10)!

Well, I guess that's my "bigger than yours"ing out of the way :P

Of course 4wding and mucking around with the new car. I don't mind having a flick now and then to try and scrape up the odd barra. Plus being in Darwin Kakadu and litchfield pretty regularly This year will be our marriage to my partner Mandy at fraser then off down to Tas to see the sights then back up through the centre. Oh and training my two new puppies, Staffy bitch and Am Staff dog.
