Other than forwheeldriving/camping and touring the only other hobby I got time left at the moment is looking after my 4 kids.... (9 m.o., 3 y.o, 5 y.o and 7 y.o)

Doing a bit of video making as well...

I'll be back when they all asleep

Hope you're enjoying the flying Drew. I used to instruct quite a while ago and that sort of became a hobby for a few years (teaching Airforce cadets to fly). But we have a limited number of hours that we can fly, so I had to give it away as the company owns my hours.

Here's a bit of a giveaway as to where I work, Darkhorse:

Check the propeller blade angle

Another thing I enjoy is this:

That's a flight sim we use for pilot recruiting. I get a great deal of satisfaction meeting prospective employees (and hopefully giving them a foot-up in their careers) so that's a bit of a hobby too (in a weird sort of way).

Other than that - we get away in the caravan as often as we can, even if it's only my one weekend off a month. Haven't done any serious offroad in the Prado yet, but hopefully this will happen in the next few months.

            Hey John

Now I know why Drew has so many gadgets in the Prado - he wants it to look like this cockpit

            Cheers

John, You've got us all guessing are you a Dash-8 driver? Either that or you work at Lord Howe! What sim is that? It looks like an old 737 sim. Do you work for the flying rat?

              Drew.

                Gidday Drew,

Yes I drive the Dash. The pic was taken a few years ago at Lord Howe. The sim is the 747 Classic which we used to test pilot candidates in. Now we use the 767-300. I haven't had the opportunity to take any photos of it yet coz I keep forgetting to take my camera in.

This is the office of the 767-200 sim which we used for a few months:

Chippy, if he goes too far, it might look like this:

                4 of everything!

Now you have to take up flying, then the money would evaporate at light speed.
